FACTS, QUESTIONS, ANSWERS FOR CAVS DAY

1. Fact:   Each player already has a $20.00 ticket to the game.   It was paid for in their registration fee.
2. Fact:   Each person needs a ticket to the game to be admitted to the Q Arena for the TRBL Cavalier Daytime Event. Q security will admit each person at the gate.
3. Fact:   Each person attending the game must complete the Additional Ticket Order Form to purchase tickets for their family whether it is 1 person attending or 10 people attending
4. Fact:   Make the check or money order payable to TRBL and Mail the ticket form to:   TRBL    PO BOX   821   Twinsburg, OH   44087
5. Fact:   Ticket price is $20.00 except for children ages 2 and under are free.
6. Fact:   All TRBL Players must have a completed Liability Waiver Form in order to participate in the Court of Dreams Program on November 21, 2009.
7. Fact:   Player will tour a Visitor Locker room at the Q.
8. Fact:   All players are to wear their TRBL Jersey’s for the day.
9. Fact:   1 concession stand will be open.
10. Fact:   Cavalier Picture back drop will be available for team/individual pictures.
11. Fact:   Video Equipment and Cameras are permitted in the Arena for the afternoon event.   No Video Equipment is permitted for the NBA game.
12. Fact:   All Players will receive a “Cavalier Give Away” when they exit the court.
13. Fact:   All people must clear the Q Arena by 5:30pm and re-enter anytime after 6:00pm.
14. Fact:   No outside basketballs are permitted in the Q Arena, TRBL will provide.
15. Question:   When do I get my tickets?   New this year, Ticket distribution will be in the TFC Lobby on Wed. 11/18 and Thurs. 11/19 from 6:00 – 8:00pm .   Liability Waiver Forms must be turned in at that time and will act as receipt of your tickets.
16. Question:   Can I pick up my tickets at another time?   Coaches, please contact me by email to make other arrangements.   Tickets will not be ready prior to 11.18.09.
17. Question:   I will not be able to attend the afternoon session, can I attend the game?   YES, you can attend the game.   Purchase your game ticket/tickets as stated above and pick up your tickets as stated above.
18. Question:   Can my player attend with my neighbor?   Yes, but that person is completely responsible for the player.   TRBL, Coaches and the Cavaliers are not responsible for any child that is not with adult supervision. ***If you have a player not attending with a parent – TRBL NEEDS TO KNOW.   If we don’t know, then the single ticket will be seated with other seated tickets and not with the family the player is to be seated with.
19. Question:   Do you honor seating requests?   Seating is generally done by grade.   We will not and can not make any seating arrangement promises.
20. Question:   Can I order game tickets after the deadline?   NO!   This will be a sold out game - all home games are.   TRBL has a certain number of reserved tickets, once they are sold, TRBL will not have access to more tickets.
21. Question:   My player cannot attend the game can I have his or her ticket?   YES. Each child has a paid ticket and it is their game ticket.   Pick up the ticket on 11/18 or 11/19 at TFC.   If not picked up, go to the Will Call Window at the Q Arena..
